Linshui Palace Taoist Temple Introduction
臨水宮道觀坐落於浙江省湖州市長興縣水口鄉，背山面水，風水優越，始建於清代乾隆年間，歷經數百年滄桑，是當地重要的道教文化傳承地。
Linshui Palace Taoist Temple is located in Shuikou Township, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with mountains behind and water in front, boasting excellent feng shui. Founded during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it has gone through hundreds of years of vicissitudes and is an important inheritance place of local Taoist culture.
宮廟歷經多次修繕，仍保留著傳統建築風格與道教文化精髓，主祀臨水夫人陳靖姑，兼祀玉皇大帝、三清道祖、關聖帝君等神祇，是信眾祈福禳災、修身養性的清淨之地。
After multiple renovations, the temple still retains traditional architectural styles and the essence of Taoist culture. It mainly enshrines Madam Linshui Chen Jinggu, as well as Jade Emperor, Three Pure Ones, Guan Yu and other deities, serving as a pure place for believers to pray for blessings, dispel disasters, and cultivate their moral character.

臨水宮始建，初為小型道觀，主祀臨水夫人，成為當地信眾祈福之地。
Linshui Palace was founded as a small Taoist temple, mainly enshrining Madam Linshui, and became a place for local believers to pray for blessings.
建國初期
Early PRC Period
宮廟經歷社會變革，部分建築受損，但核心祀區得以保留。
The temple experienced social changes, some buildings were damaged, but the core worship area was preserved.
1980年代
1980s
落實宗教政策，臨水宮恢復宗教活動，信眾自發籌資修繕宮廟。
With the implementation of religious policies, Linshui Palace resumed religious activities, and believers raised funds spontaneously to renovate the temple.
2000年後
Post 2000
歷經多次大規模修繕與擴建，恢復傳統建築格局，成為當地重要的道教活動場所。
After multiple large-scale renovations and expansions, the traditional architectural pattern was restored, making it an important Taoist activity site in the region.
